I ordered the phone from ACN when I saw it and how it worked I decided I did not want it. I turned it back in to the person I got it from and thought everything was taken car of.

I never hooked the phone up and never used it. I started getting monthly bills. I called several time and told them that I had not used the phone and had no intentions of using it. Now it appears on my credit report.

What crooks.

My credit report is perfect other than this *** charge for $263.00. Is this really the way these people gets money from honest people?

Monetary Loss: $250.

Another one of the thousands of unlucky people who fell into the ACN Ripoff. LOL, they always start with tricking their families with lies, collect there 500$ and disappear . Head for the hills if ACN ever calls, or knocks on you door.

Since when do ACN REP's carry phones around to sell to customers. This should be the first indicator this is a bogus story. You may also return your phone that you order directly from ACN in the allotted time and you will not be charged.

ACN REPS OR RECRUITERS DO CARRY THE OUTDATED VIDEOPHONES AROUND TO SELL---I KNOW AS I'VE SEEN SOME WHO HAD WHEELED CARRY-ON BAGS FILLED WITH THE PHONES TO SELL AROUND! ACN ONLY GIVES LESS THAN A WEEK (JUST 3 DAYS AT MOST) TO CANCEL SERVICES AND THAT TIME INCLUDES THE DELIVERY OF PHONES OR INSTALLATION OF SERVICES WHICH ARE ALMOST ALWAYS DELAYED SO NOBODY CAN CANCEL ON TIME!!!

ADD TO THAT IS THE FACT THAT IT IS VERY HARD TO CONTACT AND TALK TO ACN'S "CUSTOMER SERVICE" AND THEY, ALMOST ALWAYS, WILL GIVE YOU A HARD TIME OR WILL NOT ALLOW YOU TO CANCEL OR REFUND ANYTHING EVEN IF IT IS WITHIN THE ALLOWED PERIOD!!! ACN ALWAYS CHARGE AND ALWAYS FIND A WAY TO GET THEIR (AND YOUR) GREEDY HANDS IN OTHER PEOPLES' POCKETS, AS EVIDENCED IN THE MANY COMPLAINTS IN THIS AND A LOT OF OTHER WEBSITES!!!

really? you have to send it back to the company and you pay via credit card which is where your bill is charged too. This sounds like a bunch of BS. Take some ownership in your own mistakes.

Seriously.

I get tired of hearing how people got ripped off when they took no ownership for what they ordered. Cancel the order yourself next time, ding ***
