Why did they leave ??

I know what you're thinking - only losers quit. And this current event suggests that those that have quit are probably wishing they had not.

I don't think so. Over the past year or so, it looks like a bunch of the Sr level people we see at the quarterly events are gone. Where did they go, and why did they quit ? People talk about this company as a path to financial freedom, of having time and money at the same time, as Millionaire training.

So, if that is true, why would RVPs and SVPs who are recognized as top producers leave this company? Can someone answer this?

This is an interesting question, and I'm pretty surprised that no one from the company has stepped up to answer it. If you are looking at this business, ask yourself why that is?

It looks like at least 4 SVPs and many more RVPs quit... The number of RDs and TCs that quit is probably even larger. Makes the never quit challenge seem kind of shallow, doesn't it?

I asked around and it is more Svps, maybe 7 or more and more than 17 real good Rvps and a lot of Rd and Tc to that are outta there

Very very poor service

I have been with ACN since late last year. It has been an awful experience we ever had with ACN NBN. The line keep on dropping out no matter how many times we reset or reboot. Customer service is really poor and they just keep on forcing with different plans to sign up for higher speed instead of fixing the real connection drop out. I will lodge a complaint about this company and their connection and also their poor service as how many Australian have to suffer...... Sorry for all who got ACN connection

Yes, they overbilled me by 203$ even after the service was terminated and I noticed the credit card bill only later. Now they wont pay me back. On the top of that they try to sell me their gas service.

CONTINUED BILLING

worst company ! the first bill, i received , charged me the whole amount even when it was not working yet. then i cut my services with them as i moved to BELL, when i already called customer service to cut my line and continued charging me wants me to pay more than $ 400.00 and put me on collection. I WILL NEVER PAY!!!

Ripoff landline service

A rep assured me I could try the service without concern because I could cancel at any time. I did not like the service. I tried to cancel and the rep would not accept the cancellation without my agreeing to pay additional fees. They alleged I had a one year contract and that all I had to do was look at the terms posted on their website.

Terrible

i joined ACN and tried to get others on the services that ACN offered and over and over and over and over and over was shut down and had terrible luck with getting things taken care of. I thought I had cancelled my ACN service however, while reviewing my bank statements for last year found that ACN continued to bill me and now i have hundreds of dollars wasted with ACN. I ignored the people that told me that ACN was a scam because some of the other people that were in ACN were people that i have know for quite a while and i felt they would not mislead me. However, I feel that i also have not been Scammed by ACN. Because i was not diligent in cancelling my services and double checking to make sure they were cancelled. Ryan Owen

I was over charged 203$. I am from Kitchener, ON.

On the top of that they are trying sell me gas service :). what a scam of a company.

I had to cancel the Internet and home phone because when I work from home i get thrown off the VPN and that was distrupting my work or meetings. ACN IS A SCAM OF A COMPANY.

Poor customer services

My internet, home phone and TV is not working from last Saturday. I informed it to ACN customer service and they transferred it for technical support.

He failed to solved this problem and told me that a Bell technician will contract. I missed a call from Bell and tried to connected with them. They replied that they have nothing to do, contract to your service provider. On Monday, it was very hard to connected with ACN.

luckily, I connected with them after 5 times and described the situations. ACN technician told me that Bell informed that the problem is solved. I told him that nobody contracted with me, how did they solved. He asked me to call at evening.

At evening my wife call them and they transferred it to bell technician. Unfortunately, the call was disconnected. she call again to ACN and they replied that he has nothing to do. he advised to wait 24 hours.

Saturday my service was disconnected and it's Tuesday. think, how fast their services is!

still i didn't received any assurance that this problem will be solved. What nice customer service is!
