We had a friend who worked for ACN come and set us up with a plan that sounded very decent, compared to our current plan of 25 GB for $34.99 a month. The proposal was unlimited for $39.99/ month, so we were looking forward to removing the weight of a bandwidth cap off our shoulders.
Although, a week later, a Technician came and looked at our lines, and told us we had to make another appointment to check our modem. Then, after contacting the number, we were told that we should have received a modem already, and according to them, we should have received it 8 days ago.... clearly we hadn't received anything at all, and they still charged us.
We contacted the shipping company, and they confirmed our address was correct, so that wasnt a problem, but we figured the modem had been delivered elsewhere, clearly, we hadn't gotten squat... :/
