I signed up for ACN internet on Sept. 22, 15 and I was told i would have service on October 5th.
I confirmed that date twice with ACN reps over the phone. 4 days before the connection date i received an email stating that I could not have service connected because I currently had internet service connected, which in realist was disconnected 6 days prior to this email.
I was then told to sign up on line and they may be able to give me cable internet service.
I signed up again, and I was told that I will have service tomorrow October 14th. I booked my day around this date so I will be home tomorrow.
Today when I called to confirm, I was told, oh no, it isn't tomorrow but the day after and I need to be home for the connection even though I have a cable line in my home and have the modem sitting here.
I rescheduled my day to be home on Thursday instead of tomorrow.
Within a few minutes after my call I receive an email confirming the installation on the 15th and that I do not need to be home.
Why can't they get their information straight ?
