In April I tried to open an account with ACN, it did not work because they had issues with delivery of equipment and when it did arrive and hooked up it could not work. After weeks with service I informed them to cancel the service.
I was told yes and to return the equipment which we did. Low and behold they are still taking money from my checking account. I spoke to other agents and ask them to stop but they have not. This has been going on since April 2015.
No one at ACN knows what they are doing. I can't afford to be paying 2 phone service especially one I never got the use from.
Please help me get them to stop and return my money.
