Cannot communicate with the company, put you on hold and ask you to stay on the line but nobody comes to the line.I want to upgrade my credit card info and each time same problem,that username and password is not correct "please call us", when I call them they put me on the hold.Today on Dec.17th 2015 I was on the hold for 1 hour and 40 mins.Every
month my phone is disconnected and the answering service take credit card only for one month.But the main website don't letting me to upgrade my credit card info.This is really very bad customer service.I spent three hours just to upgrade my credit card info for my home phone and still
not successful.Just horrible
