I originally signed up for digital phone service and after them scheduling and changing the date several times, finally got someone to talk to. Discovered that my Medic Alert system did not work with digital phone service so ACN agreed to cancel my contract (phone was never connected).
TODAY, I received an e-mail from ACN that I am late in making my payment of $29.51.
hmmm In addition to that the phone number on the e-mail is not a working number AND the e-mail says to log in to MY Account to make my payment - no website address is provided and trying to "google" them all web-sites are "sales" pitches or sites for "business owners" (agents, I presume).
Reason of review: Charges without Service.
Preferred solution: Delete any "balance due" from my records and leave me alone..
ACN Cons: No customer service, Wasting my time.
