The video phones worked, but not for our business. We couldn't use them and never made a call on them.
The problem is that we had signed a 2-year contract. ACN won't let us out of the contract without paying a $900 early termination fee, and we can't sell the phones until the contract is terminated. So we paid $2,000 for the phones and are paying $52/month for the 11 months left on our contract.
ACN customer service was rigid about not letting us terminate early, even if we paid them $572 ($52 x 11 months) right away. That makes no sense, so ACN chooses to make us an aggressive hater of their company instead of just a dissatisfied customer.
Monetary Loss: $2000.
