After completing a two year contract for phone service and a couple thousand dollars in equipment with ACN our number that we owned prior to the company was ported to another service provider. We received an unexpected port charge for porting the number.

I contacted the company and made a request to verify the port charge in the terms of service contract that was agreed upon two years ago. The customer service representative was unable to verify nor was she able to provide me a copy of what was agreed upon when service was activated.

As the company is not able to provide the contract to verify the charge I would like my account credited for the charge.

Maybe you should learn to balance your checking account better or not order services when you don't have the money to pay for them.

DID YOU READ THE POST/COMPLAINT? THE COMPLAINANT ALREADY COMPLETED A TWO YEAR CONTRACT AND PAID THOUSANDS FOR EQUIPMENT SO HE OR SHE HAD THE MONEY TO PAY FOR THEM.

THE PROBLEMS WERE AND STILL ARE WITH THE PORTING CHARGE, THE INABILITY OF ACN TO PROVIDE A COPY OF THE SERVICE CONTRACT TO VERIFY THE TERMS AND THE INEPTNESS OF THE ACN CUSTOMER REPS TO HELP THE CUSTOMERS IN RESOLVING ANY COMPLAINTS OR ISSUES. MAYBE YOU SHOULD LEARN TO READ THE COMPLAINTS/POSTS FIRST, WITH EYES AND BRAIN WIDE OPEN AND NOT ACN BRAINWASHED, BEFORE INSULTING ANYBODY-- A PROBLEM, ONE OF THE MANY, WITH MOST IF NOT ALL ACN REPS/SALESPEOPLE.
