Only had to pay a yearly fee to be a marketer for them, NOT to use the services paid for I.E. factory direct, marketplace and business exchange. ACN bought them out and decided you have to pay a yearly fee regardless to have access to their services. I lost access to the services and cannot be found in the system now.
What a greedy company to make me spend more for something that was already paid for. So much for being kept grandfathered in from TN.

I always pay by check. At 87.
I'm not comfortable with online paying. I tried for 2 days to call the number given. It would not allow me to press 1 for yes. I tried to go online and it wouldn't accept my temp password.
Looked and no address on prior bill to mail check.
Took my daughter, tech savvy, 2 days to finally get through. Beyond disgusted.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with full refund.
I cancelled my phone 530 283-****, Account number 00341**** on May 13, 2024. I paid the bill for May 10 - June 9, which was my last required payment.
However, I am still being charged for the next two months.
The customer service number will not acknowledge me and I cannot get through to talk to anyone to clear this up. I need a number to call as soon as possible.

Preferred solution: Acknowlegement that I have cancelled phone service and no longer continued monthly charges.

My phone will not open our site it just goes blue and white will not open it and show me my info witch I have been able to watch daily no not working for 2weeks

Cannot Reach Anyone
Need to cancel my parents' landline service (both are deceased) but ACN website states that I can only do so by calling 1-87*-***-**** which is answered by "Flash Service" and the simple "Press One for English" results in a French language recording. Attempted to call on different phones but cannot proceed with the call to even get placed on hold.
I need to get this taken care of ASAP.

I was in Stream since 2014..ID#1239****when we switched to ACN, I took required test/ certification to offer ACN Zoomall this time after that I have pd$25 monthly feeplus $325 for activation on ACN I never have being able to see my websitethen i was told by up line that I had a different ACN number cause i had not been active & had just started being activeyet continuously $25 has been deducted from my acct for the past years since it became ACN.lately I was deducted $275 plus occasionally $64/$74.20 deducted on 10/2/23., please if I was not considered activeplease reimburse me my $$. I have a new number 0346**** on 8/30/22 but have continuously been paying.
I want to continue my business.

I made a call on the first of the month to tell them that I know longer needed the services because I have moved and I do not have a home address but they still continue to try to take the money off of my account I need for someone to contact me about this please and they are still trying to take it off so I really need to talk with someone ASAP

Have not heard from them. I closed my account December and I keep receiving non-payment notices and now they have turned over my account to a collection agency.
SACN continue to send me overdue notices for an account that was fully paid up when I cancelled the service. They are threatening legal action and no matter how many times I contact customer service, I continue to get nasty collection notices from them.
Do yourself a great service and do not deal with this incompetent company!!!
