I have been with ACN since late last year. It has been an awful experience we ever had with ACN NBN. The line keep on dropping out no matter how many times we reset or reboot.

Customer service is really poor and they just keep on forcing with different plans to sign up for higher speed instead of fixing the real connection drop out.

I will lodge a complaint about this company and their connection and also their poor service as how many Australian have to suffer......

Yes, they overbilled me by 203$ even after the service was terminated and I noticed the credit card bill only later. Now they wont pay me back. On the top of that they try to sell me their gas service.
