ACN - Worst company ever
I got ACN service and rep told me that someone will come and install everything and on the appointment day no one shows up when called rep she said oh I will come and fix it. so I got pissed off and called rep to cancel my service then she said I have to call ACN directly which I did and wait for more than 2 hrs to get a hold of someone and instead of apologise they blame me that its my fault that I didn't install it properly.
when I ask to disconnect they said I have to pay cancellation fee of $150 which rep never disclosed. Its been 2 weeks and my phone is not available when called my Shaw they said they are still waiting for ACN to cancel my services. what the heck.
I am so pissed of with this ACN never recommend anyone. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I use to be a rep back 10 years ago and quit do to their bad customer service, it's sad to see their still in business!
